If you haven't heard of Beachbody before, they're the company that created programs like Insanity, P90X, T25, Turbo Fire, Chalean Extreme, Body Beast, Shakeology, 21 Day Fix, and many more. They have Independent Team Beachbody Coaches to help their customers get the most out of their programs, which is what I do. I run Online Health and Fitness Support Groups to motivate and hold my customers accountable. I teach them about Clean Eating and how to make a LIFESTYLE change. As a coach, when people sign up, you direct them to your own Beachbody website. You make commissions from sales off of your site and you make team bonuses if you choose to build a team. You don't have to keep any inventory, deal with customer service, or worry about shipping. Beachbody does all of that for you! It's great if you're looking to make extra money or even enough to quit your full time job. If you're interested in Coaching long term, you can make 6 figures within a couple of years, which you do by building a team of coaches. Once you start building a team, in addition to commission, you get what's called Team Bonuses, which can pay up to several thousands per week. Coaching is not only tons of fun, but it's incredibly rewarding!

What is the ONE qualification you need to become a Coach?
You absolutely have to be passionate about helping others!  Period.

    When you become a coach, you...

    • Get paid weekly - You receive a 25% commission on anything somebody buys from Beachbody using one of your links. Somebody purchases a copy of P90X, you get a check for $29.96.
    • Get 25% discounts on all the products, including merchandise -  If you're using supplements today like I am, just the discount savings alone on let's say P90x Protein Bars and P90X recovery drink covers the $15 monthly website fee.
    • Have unlimited income potential - You can, if you choose to, create a team of coaches as well.  You can create a business based off of a team of people who are passionate about the same things that you are.  I tend to attract women who are passionate about health and fitness,specifically clean eating stay at home momma's. But I also have some individuals who want to grow a business and create a full time income!  The saying you attract who you are is completely true!
    • Have training from the TOP coaches in Beachbody
    • Get paid to be healthy and fit and help others get healthy and fit! 
    • Have MY 24/7 Support and 1:1 training
    • You can put in as much time or as little as you want 
    • You can cancel at any time if you want to discontinue

    So how do you become a coach?  There are 3 options:

    1.    You can sign up by purchasing a Challenge Pack, which will WAIVE your Coach sign up fee and your first month's maintenance fee of $15.95. If you don't currently have a Beachbody Fitness Program or Shakeology, you would want to go this route. In order to be successful as a coach, it's important that you are also a product of the product! How can you recommend their products when you're not using them yourself?

    2.    You can sign up by paying the $39.95 Coach Enrollment Fee to join and get your business kit, if you do not want to get a Challenge Pack. Then starting your second month, you will be charged just $15.95/month for Beachbody to maintain your website. 

    3.    If you or your spouse is an active member of the Military, your Coach Enrollment Fee is WAIVED as well as your $15.95 monthly maintenance fee for your websites. So you can literally become a coach for FREE!  Just ask me how!

    *To remain an active coach you need to have a Personal Volume (PV) of 50 points per month. Purchasing a month's supply of Shakeology (at a 25% discount) is 90PV for example and you're done. I agree with Team Beachbody's methodology that you need to use their product in order to be able to explain the benefits of the research they've done. 

         You succeed at being a Beachbody Coach by putting the needs of others first.  By reaching out to people and offerring your support and guidance.  For me, I enroll my customers into my challenge groups.  That is the place where I have day to day contact with them, I can support, motivate and encourage them to start and finish a fitness program.  I provide them with tips and recipes plus all sorts of different strategies to get into shape.  To succeed you follow the structure of inviting people to a challenge group, enrolling them into the group, helping them succeed and then eventually people become coaches as well!  You succeed by leading by example, inspiring others to get into shape and by being motivated, driven and passionate about what you do!  Of course, you don't have to know all the answers at first.  You just have to be motivated to get started!!!

         Once you become a coach on you will be added to our closed facebook team page.  There you will receive updates, information, tips, and tools to help you grow your business.  This is your place to check in each day and get answers to your questions. You also will be given the option to be a part of my coach apprenticeship program.  This is a 60 day group that teaches you everything you need to know about running a challenge group, how to find people to invite, how to get them started, what program to choose for them, and how to run a successful challenge group.  You will be given all the tools that helped me to be successful so that you do not have to re-invent the wheel.  You will be given my 90 day challenge group structure, 30 day Shakeology and Clean Eating Group information, along with other valuable business building tools.  You will not have to figure it out on your own.  You do not run your first challenge group by yourself.  I run the challenge but you get to invite 3-5 customers into the group! 


         We spend millions of dollars every week advertising our home fitness programs on the major TV stations and cable networks. (You’ve probably seen our famous infomercials for programs such as P90X, Turbo Jam, and Hip Hop Abs, as well as our magazine and Internet ads.) Millions of people already know about Beachbody, and every time we run an infomercial, we get thousands of new customers. We want those customers to shop through your store, so you get the commission on those sales!

    Chocolate Covered Shakeology Strawberries

    I have a MAJOR sweet tooth that I must tame!! Shakeology has TRULY been a life changer for me! One of my favorite foods is Chocolate covered ANYTHING!!

    The recipe is simple:
    1/2 scoop Cafe Latte Shakeology
    1/2 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology 
    (this combination is my favorite! You can use just chocolate shakeology alone)

    1 spoonful of coconut oil melted. 
    Stir it together until its a nice consistency. Its almost impossible to screw up :) 

    Dip Strawberries or almonds or bananas or whatever your little <3 desires)

    Place on a paper plate and place in the freezer for 5 minutes! That's all it takes!

    Veggie Lasagna

    Cheesy, filling, and packed with veggies, this vegetarian lasagna is the real deal. It’s bursting with fresh flavors from herbs and three different kinds of cheese, and it’s sure to please adults and children alike. The casserole makes 12 servings! It’s perfect for meal prep, or freeze leftovers in individual portions and reheat for an easy dinner when there’s no time to cook.

    Total Time: 2 hrs. 7 min.
    Prep Time: 20 min.
    Cooking Time: 1 hr. 47 min.
    Yield: 12 servings
    1 lb. dry whole grain lasagna pasta
    Hot water
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    3 cups + 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce, no sugar added, divided use
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
    Sea salt (or Himalayan salt) and ground black pepper (to taste; optional)
    2 cups fresh baby spinach, chopped
    1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
    1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
    ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Nonstick cooking spray
    1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
    2. Cook pasta in water according to package directions. Drain. Set aside.
    3. Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
    4. Add onion, bell pepper, and carrot; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 6 minutes, or until onion is translucent.
    5. Add garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.
    6. Add 3 cups tomato sauce and basil. Season with salt and pepper if desired; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
    7. Combine spinach and ricotta cheese in a medium bowl; mix well. Set aside.
    8. Combine mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses in a small bowl; mix well. Set aside.
    9. Lightly coat a 4-quart (or 13 x 9-inch) rectangular baking dish with spray; place remaining 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce in the bottom. Top with a layer of pasta, one fourth vegetable mixture, one third spinach mixture, and one fourth cheese mixture. Repeat twice. Top with pasta, vegetable mixture, and cheese mixture. Cover with aluminum foil.
    10. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
    11. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting.
    • No-boil lasagna pasta is available in many markets, and can make preparation really easy.
    • Add ½ cup water with 3 cups tomato sauce if using no-boil pasta.

    Beef and Butternut Squash Stew

    My entire family (me, my husband, and my 15 &13 yr old) ALL love this meal!
    It’s not only delicious but also super simple to make
    Makes 6 servings, approximately 1 1/4 cups each
    Container counts: 1 Green & 1 Red per serving
    1 tsp Olive Oil
    1 1/2 lbs lean beef cut into cubes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 4 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 cup low-sodium beef broth
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp sea salt or Himalayan salt
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    2 cups cubed butternut squash
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat
    2- Add beef; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until beef is brown.
    3- Add onion and bell peppers; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes, or until onion is translucent.
    4- Add garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 minute.
    5- Add tomatoes, broth, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium- low; cool, covered, for 40 minutes.
    6- Add squash; cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 12 minutes, or until sauce has thickened and beef is fork-tender.
    7- Remove bay leaf; serve topped with parsley.

    Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps

    Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps
    Servings: 4 • Size: 2 lettuce wraps • Calories: 255 • 

    1 - Red
    1 - Green
    1 - Blue optional cheese


    • 1.3 lbs 99% lean ground turkey
    • 1 tsp garlic powder
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp chili powder
    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1/2 tsp oregano
    • 1/2 small onion, minced
    • 2 tbsp bell pepper, minced
    • 3/4 cup water
    • 4 oz can tomato sauce
    • 8 large lettuce leaves from Iceberg lettuce
    • (optional) 1/2 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar - (7 pp)


    Brown turkey in a large skillet breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks. When no longer pink add dry seasoning and mix well. Add the onion, pepper, water and tomato sauce and cover. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes.

    Wash and dry the lettuce. Divide the meat equally between the 8 leaves and place in the center of each leaf and top with your favorite taco fixins! (toppings extra).

    21 Day Fix Turkey Chili

    Nothing like warm chili to go with my flannel shirts, boots n skinny jeans!!
    I LOVE this Season 

    We added a good amount of chili pepper to this Bad boy and it really cranked up the heat so use caution with this recipe

    The Recipe
    1 lb Ground Turkey2 Tsp Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil (or coconut oil if you don’t have extra virgin organic, and who does)
    1 Medium Onion Chopped (Red onion is our favorite)
    1 Medium Green and 1 MediumRed Bell Pepper (We substituted Zucchini due to food allergies)
    2 Cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
    2 Cans of Kidney Beans (we used Pinto Beans) Drained and Rinsed
    2 Cups Diced Fresh Tomatoes (or 15 oz can if out of season)
    1 Cup of Red Wine (and one to drink while cooking)
    1 Tbsp Ground Chili Powder1/2 Tsp Himalayan  Salt (or just salt if you are sane)
    2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper (it says optional, but it is not, this makes it rock)
    1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro8 Tsp Crumbled Goat Cheese (sub feta)


    Brown Turkey in large frying pan over a medium heat.  When done remove and set aside.
    Place  Coconut oil in large sauce pan over medium heat.
    Once oil is pre-heated add onion and zucchini (or bell peppers) and cook until onion is translucent (about 5 or 6 minutes)
    Add Garlic, cook, stirring frequently for one minute.
    Add Turkey, Beans, Tomatoes (if canned ensure liquid is also added, if fresh, add 1 cup water) Wine, Chili Powder, Salt and Red Pepper.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and gently boil for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
    Evenly divide this delight among six serving bowls, top with cilantro and cheese.
    The next step is obvious, eat it!

    Each serving contains the following containers
    1/2 Green
    1 Yellow
    1 Red
    1/2 Tsp
